Compulsivity describes a person’s failure to stop an ongoing behavior that becomes
maladaptive. Such failure may be due to a lack prefrontal inhibitory control, but
it may also result from difficulties to identify or act upon negative feedback. In
my talk, I will present evidence of altered feedback processing in patients with stimulant
use disorder (SUD) and demonstrate how computational modeling approaches may help
to elucidate pharmacological modulation of the processes hypothesized to underlie
