      Stimulant medications such as methylphenidate are the most successful treatment of ADHD, yet they are not uniformly effective. To better target treatments to individuals, it is important to first understand how these drugs exert their effects. One possible candidate is via reconfiguration of large-scale brain network organization. The goal of this study was to investigate how large-scale reconfiguration of brain network organization after administration of methylphenidate may relate to improvements in response control.
